From many payment processor..webmoney is the only one payment processor who have fees less than 1 cent :D the different is you not take the fees when received payment..but you will got deducted when you send the money :D

I don't know about fees to any transaction to use webmoney. But, I see about many exchanger ecurrency accept this payment processor in my country. So, I can use it.

So were did you get the funds to use in your gambling using Webmoney? I want to earn webmoney also so that I can try to do some casino games also. I miss playing casino games. the same thing for me , i had an account before ( 4 months ago ) when they were using the phone verification . they missed sending the code many times so they closed this option and for now , they ask for the answer of the secret question when you process money to any other account .

Well actually you can Change it buddy..
Just Choose the language you want in the up right corner..
And also thats your choice want to use which option for your WMZ..
Maybe you can try with keeper-mini but this keeper-mini will interact with your mobile phone..

in addition to that you can also make use of it with Google chrome as that is what i do too as i make use of these with my sportbooks as Google chrome helps you to interpret it as mostly i do not need to always change it from Russia to English as the best browser for these is google chrome try it and see @keyen

hmm,mweb money is good,but must confirm with cellphone if i send a payment..
at my country many Operator provider not supported at webmoney..

well yeah actually i was a bit confuse too at the first time using webmoney..
but actually you can change the language in the up right corner on that site..
