No there is not.

The only legit way to do this is to withdraw your money from your Paypal account to your bank account and then transfer the money to your Alertpay account from your bank account or the reversal for Alertpay to Paypal. Your bank account serves as a link between Alertpay and Paypal and you would not be breaking any rules if you do this which would result in Alertpay freezing your account/ban. The reason why you have to use this work around is because there is no way to transfer directly between the two e-currencies. Although you can find web sites online that say they can but you most likely will get scammed.
